About the event
This webinar will discuss a study that aims to analyse the extent of EMI implementation in different fields of knowledge in Brazil, focusing on professors' self-assessed English proficiency and how these factors correlate with EMI use. Specifically, the study addresses three key questions:
1) To what extent is EMI used in Brazilian higher education?
2) What are the professors' self-rated levels of English proficiency?
3) How do these proficiency levels relate to EMI practices?
