About

I am an Educational Developer at the Unit for Teaching and Learning (UoL) and Researcher at the Department of Learning, Informatics, Management and Ethics (LIME) at Karolinska Institutet (KI) in Stockholm, Sweden. My role includes teaching, training and advising on issues related to Internationalisation of the Curriculum (IoC), cultural education, Global Citizenship Education (GCE) and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in healthcare sciences. I provide support and prepare educators and supervisors for the challenges of the multilingual and multicultural learning space. I am involved in supporting quality education in English-Medium Education (EME) and I also provide support for educational leaders to integrate internationalisation perspectives into the content and delivery of education


Fields of research: Education for Sustainable Education (ESD) in healthcare contexts, Internationalisation of the Curriculum (IoC), teaching methodology for the glocal (global + local) classroom, bilingual/multilingual education, English-Medium Education (EME), continuous professional development of healthcare educators.
